Team Wellbeing days
Give your team the space to reset and reconnect.
Our Wellbeing Days offer a gentle alternative to traditional team‑building: time spent outdoors, meaningful conversations, and the grounding presence of the beautiful English countryside. With our resident pigs and sheep adding a touch of charm and humour, your team can relax, recharge, and return to work feeling genuinely renewed.
Set in the beautiful English countryside, your day is calm, unhurried, and quietly memorable.

What makes our wellbeing days different?

Gentle, no stress team interactions
No forced fun, no competitive games; just time & space to relax together with the help of a pig!

Nature and animals as the backdrop
Being outdoors with calm, friendly pigs helps people unwind, laugh, and be themselves.

Space to breathe and think
Ideal for teams who’ve been running flat-out and need a day to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
What your team day includes:

Welcome & Introductions
A relaxed arrival, hot drinks, and a gentle outline of the day—no name badges, no awkward intros.

Meet the pigs
Learn about their personalities, quirks, and care. They’re friendly, curious, and brilliant at breaking the ice.

Pig walking experience
Small groups take a slow walk through the countryside with our pigs—time to chat, laugh, and enjoy the scenery.

Quiet moments & conversation
Benches, fields, and open space for informal chats, reflection, or just enjoying the view together.

Tea, coffee & cake
A chance to sit, talk, eat cake and simply enjoy being off the clock.

Optional light reflection
Gentle prompts or questions for teams who’d like to reflect on wellbeing, communication, and how they work together.
Who it’s for:
- Teams under pressure who need a genuine pause
- New teams wanting to build trust naturally
- Leaders who value wellbeing and psychological safety
- Small to medium groups (we keep numbers manageable so it stays calm and personal)
- If your team rolls their eyes at “traditional team building”, they’ll hopefully love this

Why it works
There’s a lot to be said for slowing down a bit, getting outdoors, and spending time with animals.
People arrive a little stressed, busy or overwhelmed, then leave smiling, relaxed and a little lighter than when they arrived.
Never underestimate the power of fresh air, nature, good company… and a pig or two.
