These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure the safety, welfare, and enjoyment of all visitors, animals, and staff. By booking or attending any pig experience, you agree to abide by the following rules.

  1. Admission & Eligibility

All participants must be a minimum of 13 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse admission if necessary for safety, welfare, or behaviour reasons.

Anyone who appears unfit to safely participate (e.g., due to alcohol, inappropriate behaviour, or unsuitable clothing) may be refused entry without refund.

  1. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Bookings are non‑refundable unless the session is cancelled by us.

You may request to move your booking with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

No refunds or date changes are available within 7 days of your session.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or forfeited without refund.

In the event of inclemental weather we will contact you to arrange another date for your enjoyment and our for pigs welfare.

Cancellations by Us

We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Animal welfare concerns
  • Staff illness
  • Safety issues on site

If we cancel, you will be offered a full refund or a new date.

  1. Clothing & Personal Safety

For your safety and comfort:

  • Sturdy, closed‑toe footwear is mandatory.
  • No sandals, heels, or open shoes are permitted.
  • Outdoor clothing suitable for mud, rain, and uneven ground is required.
  • Long hair should be tied back.
  • Jewellery that could catch on animals or fencing must be removed. Our ducks do like to try to eat shiny things!

We reserve the right to refuse participation if clothing is unsuitable.

  1. Animal Welfare & Handling Rules

We operate to high welfare standards. To protect our pigs, ducks, sheep and piglets:

  • Visitors must follow all instructions from staff at all times.
  • Running, shouting, chasing, or grabbing animals is not permitted.
  • Feeding pigs is only allowed with food provided by us.
  • No outside food may be brought into animal areas.
  • Pigs must not be pulled, pushed, or forced to walk.
  • Piglets must be held only as demonstrated by staff.

Anyone who behaves in a way that risks animal welfare will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

  1. Health & Hygiene

All visitors must wash or sanitise hands before and after animal contact.

Please inform us of any allergies, mobility issues, or medical conditions when booking.

Pregnant visitors should seek medical advice before attending animal experiences.

Do not attend if you are unwell with symptoms of vomiting, diarrhoea, or contagious illness.

  1. Dogs & Pets

No dogs or pets are permitted on site due to biosecurity and animal welfare.

  1. Biosecurity

To protect our livestock:

  • Visitors must not attend if they have visited another farm with pigs within the last 48 hours.
  • Disinfectant foot dips or mats must be used when provided.
  1. Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Experiences take place outdoors and may involve:

  • Mud
  • Uneven ground
  • Slippery surfaces
  • Variable weather

Please take care. We are not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions or by unsuitable footwear.

  1. Photography & Media

You are welcome to take photos for personal use and to post on social media. Please tag us in any posts so we can see your lovely photos.

Commercial photography, filming, or influencer content requires prior permission.

We may take photos during sessions for marketing purposes and to put on our social media; please inform us if you prefer not to be included.

  1. Liability

All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, including clothing, phones, or cameras.

We do not accept responsibility for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from inappropriate behaviour.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

  1. Behaviour & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any visitor who:

  • Behaves aggressively or disruptively
  • Ignores staff instructions
  • Puts animals or people at risk
  • Damages property

No refund will be given in such cases.

  1. Privacy & Data

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used solely for booking management and safety purposes.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
